I enjoy working with people to help them move more comfortably and feel better in their everyday life. My aim is to support you to feel your best. I enjoy helping people from all walks of life, whether they are recovering from injury or looking to maintain healthy movement.

I use a range of techniques, including gentle soft tissue and joint mobilisation, alongside guidance and recommendations to support lasting change. I value listening carefully to your story and adapting treatment to your individual needs.

Emma Nicolls

I studied Sports Science and Nutrition (minor in Physiology) at the University of Otago before pursuing osteopathy, drawn to its hands-on approach and its ability to support the body’s natural capacity to heal. My own experience recovering from a back injury made me aware of how important it is to support your body through its movement.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active through sports and adventures, whether on the family hazelnut orchard, biking or hiking, or simply relaxing with my family and our chocolate lab, Milo.
