I studied Sports Science and Nutrition (minor in Physiology) at the University of Otago before pursuing osteopathy, drawn to its hands-on approach and its ability to support the body’s natural capacity to heal. My own experience recovering from a back injury made me aware of how important it is to support your body through its movement.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active through sports and adventures, whether on the family hazelnut orchard, biking or hiking, or simply relaxing with my family and our chocolate lab, Milo.
