Mums and Babies

Babies can be born with strain patterns and imbalances in the body absorbed during the pressures of labour or while in utero.

Although this normally sorts itself out within the first few days, with the baby’s crying, sucking and yawning, sometimes the process is left incomplete. Your baby may then experience discomfort, difficulty latching, feeding, winding, colic reflux, sleeping difficulties and generally being unsettled.

Cranial osteopathy gently encourages the release of stresses and tension throughout the body by working into the ease of movement and balance, coaching the baby back to a relaxed still point and their inherent health.
